Copyright Terms

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.

However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.

Orders for personal use are not for commercial use, I as an artist have the right to blacklist you and give warnings to other artists about you.

Commercial prices divided in 3 :

- Half Commercial : Watermark is available, commercial use such as for (Youtube, Twitch, etc) +50% of the price

- Full Commercial : No Watermark clean PNG files, commercial use such as for (Youtube, Twitch, etc) +100% of the price

-Royalties (Merchandise, Production purposes) : No Watermark, clean PNG files, Commercial use, production purpose.

+120% of the total prices

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself with in any place or site, publish books with, To display it anywhere to my liking, post it wherever I want.

If you don't want your commissioned art got published it will count as NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and will be charged +100% of total prices.

Giving references

Clients should give references to the artist (me) based on the guide that already put on above, I will put you on my list you can check at commission progress : Neko Celleng Commissions Progress Info - Google Spreadsheet

Rough Sketch Progress

I (the artist) will draw the rough sketch as soon as possible, maybe I will sometimes ask if the references that given aren’t clear enough

Approvements

Approve : I will ask the client if the rough sketch is based on their references, if they approve it I will continue the progress

Decline : I will ask the client if the rough sketch is based on their references, if they decline it I will revise it by rechecking the references again or following the client’s directions. (max 3 times) and then I will continue the progress.

Payments

There are 2 options, Down Payment / Full Payment (for details check the Payment Terms Below). After the rough sketch being approved, the next step is payment. Except anything below in the payment terms I do not have any order payment options.

Finishing

This part there will no any revisions available.

Sent Final Files to Clients

I will send the HD files through your email, the content will be all png files. PSD/Rough files are not included.

DP options available :

- 20%

- 50%

If commission sketch/On Progress already paid but no response until 3 months from client the commission will be cancelled and no refund.

All commissions must all be paid after i give client the rough sketch and client approved it.

The currency payments accepted are Paypal for International and

BNI, Gopay, Shopeepay (with admin fee) for Local.
